How do I place an order?
Browse through our collections, choose your abaya, select your size, preferred abaya length, and style. Don’t forget to check our size guide before placing your order. Once you’re all set, follow the checkout steps - and if you need any help, just reach out to us!
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can make changes to your order before it’s confirmed. We’ll send you a WhatsApp message to review your order details - if we don’t hear back within 48 hours, your order will be confirmed as is. So keep an eye out and let us know if you need to make any updates!
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Make sure to review everything before completing your purchase.
How do I know if my order went through?
After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details.
Can I choose express shipping?
We currently offer standard shipping only. As our pieces are handmade to order, delivery timelines ensure quality craftsmanship.

How long does delivery take?
Orders within the UAE usually arrive in 10 to 15 days. International orders can take up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on location and customs.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, FERAÁ ships globally. Shipping fees and times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp to follow your package.

Can I return or exchange my order?
As our pieces are handmade to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
What if I choose the wrong size?
Since every piece is handmade just for you, we’re not able to offer exchange for sizing errors. But don’t worry - check out our size guide or drop us a message if you need help picking the right size.
What if I receive a damaged item?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us at hello@feraadubai.com or WhatsApp us at +97150 688 9692 within 48 hours. Send your order number and clear photos, and we’ll make sure to send the correct item.

Are your abayas ready-made or handmade to order?
All FERAÁ abayas are handmade to order, ensuring unique quality and attention to detail.
Do you restock your abayas?
Our abayas are limited edition, so once they sell out, they may not come back. However, we sometimes restock popular styles based on demand — so stay tuned!
Can I request a custom design based on my own idea?
We don’t offer custom designs based on personal sketches or references. All FERAÁ pieces are created in-house, and we only customize within our existing styles and collections.
What’s the best way to care for my FERAÁ abaya?
We recommend dry cleaning only to preserve the quality and detailing of your abaya.
Can I iron or steam my abaya?
Light steaming is recommended to remove wrinkles. Avoid ironing directly, especially on delicate or embellished areas.
